In this section, we have inhouse teams that carry out installation, commissioning, and maintenance of air conditioning systems with experience with all major vendors in all type of configurations including split units, window type, and HVACs. We have maintained small units from 10,000BTU for Telecom shelters BTS application, to large HVACs for Major Data Centres and Mobile Switching Centres. These systems are maintained as per their specific OEM requirement to ensure the efficient and optimal performance.
Our inhouse engineers are highly experienced in the planning, design, monitoring and testing of the mobile core network elements. This includes: mobile switching centres, home location registers, visitor location registers, authentication centres, equipment identifier registers and all other core elements. In addition, all the different power systems for mobile switching centres.
In this scope, we have Inhouse trained, accredited and qualified teams across Kenya, Tanzania, South Sudan, Ethiopia that carry out installation, commissioning, and maintenance for both preventive maintenance and curative maintenance. This includes replacement of spares and servicing for generators from multi-vendor suppliers, from 1KVA up to 1.5MVA, working in standby-mode, single mode, in parallel mode for both synchronized and non-synchronized modes. We have maintained many power plants in Kenya, South Sudan, Ethiopia and other East African countries.
We have well trained and experts who carry our design, installation commissioning and maintenance of hybrid power system like solar-battery systems, solar-battery-generator systems, wind-battery systems and solar-wind-battery systems with or without the generators. We have partnered with major manufacturers of solar panels, battery banks, inverters and UPS, wind turbines, etc to ensure optimal design and implementation of any project. We also monitor grid power, ensuring consistent and reliable electricity supply to all sites. KPLC connections are monitored to ensure voltage consistency. Damaged devices like circuit breakers are replaced promptly. Scheduled outages are managed to minimize service disruptions.
We have partnered with major fuel vendors in the country to procure good quality diesel for mobile site generators. In addition, we have an inhouse fuel delivery system that comprises of metered trucks coupled with end to end fuel tracking systems to ensure quality fuel reaches the destinations. We have capacity to deliver across East Africa.
We have Inhouse 24-7 Network monitoring Centre for real-time network monitoring for Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), incident management, performance data collection and reporting. This is done using well trained resources who are fully equipped with tools with a clear and defined escalation matrix to meet and exceed customer expectation and SLAs
Our highly experienced engineers ensure reliable operations of fiber optic network by designing, installing, and field technical support. In addition, we optimize network performance to attain high service availability and quality. For many years, we have partnered with major vendors to provide monitoring tools that enable remote fault diagnosis and quick restoration of services.
Our highly experienced engineers support; the network hardware and software components, do configuration of radio frequencies and cell sites, troubleshoot network issues and perform periodic maintenance from a well-designed plan to meet the required SLA with customers. Spares dimensioning and replacement also forms part of the activities done. We are experts on all equipment vendors like Huawei, Nokia, ZTE, Ericcson, etc.
We carry out installations, commissioning, and maintenance of battery back up systems including UPS from different OEMS across the world. This is done using inhouse experienced staff with tools for checking quality of the battery cells to ensure optimum performance in their life-spans. In addition, our engineers carry out installation, commissioning and maintenance of rectifier and inverter system from all vendors across the globe. For optimum operation, we also carry out planned maintenance, repairs and provide reports as required in the SLAs.
Our in-house engineers are trained in the design, operation, and maintenance of a variety of transmission systems, including WDM and point-to-point radio links, including fiber network and management systems to ensure uptime of 99.95% and above of the transmission links. Indeed our engineers are trained on different vendors' equipment such as Ericsson, Huawei, ZTE, Aviat, NEC, Cambium, among others.
