We have setup a network management center at our Head office at Kalson towers. From this location, we can monitor all the power and intrusion alarms from the sites that we will are maintaining. From the previous projects, we have been able to reduce escalated faults by over 30% and site failures by over 70% by us monitoring the sites on our own. The escalation procedures from NMC are followed in accordance with the SLA to ensure there is timely escalation and minimum MTTR to safeguard against site outages. We also have a strategic plan in form of a flow chart for escalation and follow up that ensures that events are cleared with minimum possible time. The flow chart is as shown above.
