From the site monitoring and escalation centre at Helpdesk, all intrusion alarms are monitored and escalated to relevant personnel depending on the nature of the alarm. Any contractor who requires access to the sites apply for a works order which is be approved by our Customer. The contractor is required to come to collect the keys after a notification of 48hrs unless in emergency cases. We facilitate the contractor to access the site, carry out the works as per scope of works. Any violation committed by the contractor is dealt with as per the contract with the contractors.
