Sites connected to the grid are powered by KPLC at all times and emphasis are made to ensure this power is available and is within the voltage limit. The energy consumption meter readings are recorded monthly and submitted on or before 15th of every month. All electrical connections are done neatly and are tightened to avoid loose joints. All faulty or burnt devices like circuit breakers, fuses, cut out holder are replaced once damaged to ensure reliable power supply. We have a strong relationship with regional managers for the utility power and all faults will be escalated to them immediately and with proper follow up to ensure the downtime is kept at minimum. We monitor the scheduled power outages and make the necessary arrangements to ensure the site power is not affected.
