Encouraging participation and promotion of quality responsibilities amongst all employees and third parties through standards, education, training and coaching, supervision and effective communication.
Establish strategic, measurable, attainable, realistic and time bound quality objectives that we review periodically to ensure that expected results are delivered to the customer. To achieve the set quality objectives, we are committed to providing the required leadership, management and resources and ensure that the quality policy is reviewed annually and communicated to employees and third parties so that we remain relevant to our customers’ dynamic requirements.’’.
